DRAWING FROM YOUR INNER SELF

Develop your inner vision and awareness by combining art and psychic development. Attune to your higher self and explore personal imagery through a combination of meditation, creative visualization and the artistic process.

Class will begin with an introduction to meditation and guided imagery. You will be directed to look for imagery or feelings within through a guided meditation and then you can draw with colored pencils or markers your perceptions and intuitions. A brief discussion will follow. Everyone will receive a brief mini-reading pertaining to the imagery.

Bring a note book or drawing pad, coloring pencils and markers.
